Amarillo has nine organizations that place flags in front of businesses & homes for flag holidays.   Boy Scout Troop 62 serves Westover Village and delivers flags on five flag holidays:  Memorial Day, July 4th, Flag Day, Labor Day, and Veteran's Day..  If you would like to participate and have a flag placed in your yard, download the form below and mail your check to the address shown.  There is only one flag display left for the year.  So, if you want to start now....just send $5 and a flag will be delivered on Veteran's Day, November 11.  OR, if you want to send $35 they will deliver a flag on November 11 and for all of the flag holidays in 2010.  For more information, the contact information is on the flag agreement.

Friends of WV]]>Thu, 03 Sep 2009 12:54:17 -0800http://westovervillage.weebly.com/2/post/2009/09/new-page-friends-of-wv.htmlWe have started a new page on our website called "Friends of WV".  As we all know, planning events take financial resources.  Even though we have have managed to get most everything donated by WV residents,  we still fell short for a couple of items.  So, we decided that we could possibly raise money by allowing businesses that donate to our cause a chance to advertise on our website.   For a $50 dollar donation, we are allowing each business to advertise their services for a 6 month period.  Next week, we will publish a spreadsheet that shows what was collected and  what was spent to put this together.  If anything is left over, we may try to purchase our own doman name (westovervillage.net).  We'll see.  ]]><![CDATA[Problems Registering?]]>Tue, 25 Aug 2009 06:25:51 -0800http://westovervillage.weebly.com/2/post/2009/08/problems-registering.html
